President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden traveled to Walter Reed medical center in Maryland on Thursday to visit wounded US service members.
"Tonight, the President and first lady are visiting wounded warriors at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center," the White House said in a statement. While the White House has not said which service members the Bidens are visiting, CNN reported earlier Thursday that there were US Marines at Walter Reed who had been wounded in a deadly terrorist attack last week in Kabul, Afghanistan.More Related News
