The United States is finalizing plans to send millions of doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine to Mexico and Canada, the White House said on Thursday. The move comes as the Biden administration scrambles to respond to a surge of unaccompanied migrant children on the Mexico-US border.
