President Biden's administration is sending patriot missiles to Ukraine for the first time Wednesday, the same day Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will visit Washington.
Congress has already approved $65 billion in aid for Ukraine, but lawmakers are now debating an additional $45 billion.
