Biden's White House more concerned with 'messaging' than rescuing Americans in Afghanistan: Watters
Fox News
"The Five" co-host Jesse Watters chastised the White House on Monday for the muddled messaging surrounding President Biden's troop withdrawal from Afghanistan, as U.S. citizens and allies remain trapped in the troubled Central Asian country.
"Stranded means if you want to leave somewhere and you can't," Watters fired back. "Do you think Americans can just go to the Kabul airport and take up on the next flight? They can't, they are stranded and I don't know why she is arguing about the word." Watters said the White House's flailing attempt to control the messaging despite a spiraling situation in Afghanistan is reminiscent of their hesitancy to label the surge of migrants on the U.S. southern border, "a crisis."More Related News
