After President Biden criticized the Supreme Court for its ruling favoring former President Trump's arguments for presidential immunity, experts weighed on the precedence of it.

"This nation was founded on the principle that there are no kings in America; each of us is equal before the law," Biden said, calling the decision a "dangerous precedent, because the power of the office will no longer be constrained by the law…" He joined Fox News in 2013 as a writer and production assistant.
