President Biden and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke for nearly one hour on a call Wednesday during which the White House says Biden promised another $500 million in funding for Ukraine.

Biden informed Zelenskyy "that the United States intends to provide the Ukrainian government with $500 million in direct budgetary aid," according to the White House.
