Former India batsman VVS Laxman shed light on Bhuvneshwar Kumar's road to recovery from injury setbacks, saying the senior fast bowler was yearning to make a strong comeback to the senior national side. VVS Laxman said he had watched Bhuvneshwar Kumar closely while working with Sunrisers Hyderabad and that the pacer had struggled with multiple injury setbacks. However, the SRH mentor pointed out that Bhuvneshwar was determined to fight back and trained hard at the National Cricket Academy to get himself ready for the hard grind at the highest level. Bhuvneshwar Kumar had been pegged back by multiple injury concerns in the recent past.
