Bengaluru minor boy sends video message to friends before jumping to death from 23rd floor

A 17-year-old Second PUC student from Bengaluru jumped to death from the 23rd floor of a residential building. In a video he sent to his friends before jumping, he said that he had no personnel issues but mentioned that he had no other option but to commit suicide.
A 17-year-old boy in Bengaluru jumped to his death from the 23rd floor of a residential complex in Konanakunte on Sunday night. He sent a video message to his friends before jumping, but did not reveal why he was taking his own life.
A senior police officer has said that the boy’s father informed them that he was studying the Second Pre-University Course (PUC) and had no health or academic issues.
The boy reportedly came to the balcony of his cousin’s home at around 3.15 am and jumped. His relatives were asleep when he jumped, but security guards heard a loud thud and found him lying lifeless, reported The New Indian Express.
Police registered a case of unnatural death and began an investigation. Police discovered that he sent the video messages to a couple of friends around 3 am, stating that he had no personal issues in life.
However, he mentioned that he had to depart and that there was no other option, as per a report by The New Indian Express. His friends noticed the messages only in the morning and tried calling him. Police have also taken custody of his devices to find out why he committed suicide.
