BCCI appoints Ramesh Powar as head coach of Indian women’s cricket team

The Board of Control for Cricket in India on Thursday announced Ramesh Powar as the new head coach of India senior women's cricket team. The Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) led by Madan Lal interviewed as many as 8 candidates, including 4 female candidates, for the top job at the India women's team on May 12 and 13.
