Akram Khan, cricket operations chairman of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), has said that the board will be reconsidering the NOC given to Shakib, allowing him permission to play in the upcoming IPL edition. Akram Khan has lashed out at the star cricketer after the latter’s recent comments on the board misinterpreting his letter surfaced on Sunday. Following Sri Lanka Cricket’s confirmation of dates for the two-match Test series (Staring on April 21) against Bangladesh, it was certain that Shakib Al Hasan will miss out due to his IPL commitments. Earlier, the Bangladesh Cricket Board gave him a NOC to participate in the 14th edition of the marquee T20 league. "What does it imply? If someone is saying that I don't want to tour Sri Lanka, where we have two Tests, to prepare for the World Cup then what does it actually mean?" Akram Khan was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.More Related News
