Indian Premier League: Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman is set to miss the first two fixtures of IPL 2021 for the Rajasthan Royals as he is yet to depart Bangladesh.
Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman, who was bought by Rajasthan Royals in the auctions this year, is likely to miss the first two games of IPL 2021. The Bangladesh team completed their tour of New Zealand on April 1 (Thursday) and Mustafizur is, reportedly, still with the team and will leave for India on Sunday. According to InsideSport.co, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Senior Manager, Media & Communications, Rabeed Imam said that the pacer will be with the national team till April 4. “He has not yet left for India. He is with the team and will only leave with the team on Sunday,” Imam said. With the mandatory one week quarantine in place, the pacer could miss the first two games considering RR’s first IPL 2021 fixture is on April 12 against Punjab Kings and their second game will be against Delhi Capitals on April 15.More Related News
