Babar Azam on sexual harassment allegation: This issue has not affected my game

Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam believes his form has not been affected by the sexual harassment allegation against him, saying as a sportsperson he is accustomed to facing hurdles in life.
Pakistan skipper captain Babar Azam said that his game has not been affected by the sexual harassment allegations he is facing since he is accustomed to facing hurdles as a sportsperson. Azam made it clear that he is confident of doing well in the upcoming tours of South Africa and Zimbabwe. "It is my personal issue and it is in court and my lawyer is handling it. We face all sorts of hurdles in life and I am used to it. This issue has not affected my form or cricket," Babar Azam said in a virtual press conference on Friday. Babar Azam has been accused of blackmailing posing threats to and harassing a woman named Hamiza Mukhtar, who filed a complaint with the FIA. The Lahore-based woman is the same person who had claimed last year that Babar Azam sexually exploited her, forced her to have an abortion and made false promises of marriage.More Related News
