Autopsy for teen girl found dead in San Francisco homeless district reveals disturbing new details
Fox News
An autopsy for 16-year-old Victorria Moran-Hidalgo, whose half-naked body was found in a San Francisco street early one February morning, showed she had several drugs in her system, including fentanyl, but the manner of her death was ruled as undetermined due to evidence suggesting someone might have sexually assaulted the teen.
Her death in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District, notorious for homelessness and rampant drug abuse, was initially investigated as a suspected overdose but under suspicious circumstances.
