Auto driver hacked to death in TN's Thoothukudi, 2 brothers held

Police arrested two brothers in Tamil Nadu's Thoothukudi district for allegedly hacking to death an auto driver.

An auto driver was hacked to death in broad daylight by two brothers in Tamil Nadu's Thoothukudi district on Saturday.

The deceased, identified as Sivaperumal, 45, was known to the accused -- Arumugam, 31, and his brother Sornaraj, 28. They would meet every day over drinks, police said.
