The left-hander, who replaced Covid-19 positive Travis Head for the Sydney Test, came out to bat on a soggy Day 1 where the hosts found themselves in a precarious situation at 117/3. Despite his notable absence from the Test arena, Khawaja showed no nerves as he made the most of the opportunity.
