Attorney General Merrick Garland is giving a policy address today on voting rights. He'll speak about how the Justice Department is working to secure the right to vote for all Americans.  During testimony earlier this week, Garland said voting is a fundamental part of American democracy, and without it we wouldn't have our other rights.
