Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has invited applications for ATL Marathon 2021.
ATL Marathon 2021 is inviting students to participate at aim.gov.in in the innovation challenge till March 6, 2022. The ATL Marathon is Atal Innovation Mission’s flagship innovation challenge, where schools identify community problems of their choice and develop innovative solutions in the form of working prototypes. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan took to Twitter to invite candidates for the marathon.
The Marathon will be based on the ‘Strategy for New India @ 75’ document by NITI Aayog. ATL Marathon 2021 will adopt 4 strategic areas mentioned in the document Healthcare & Nutrition, Education, Energy & Transportation, Social Inclusion.
"We want the students of India to choose any of the below problem statements or work on any other problem that they find around themselves, research, ideate, innovate and implement a solution for this.
Top teams will get an Internship through the Student Innovator Program with leading corporates of India, certificates from AIM, NITI Aayog and many more exciting goodies," said the official statement.
A team comprising of students (from ATL and Non-ATL schools) can submit their entries in the Marathon.
