Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu on Wednesday told India Today TV that the Assam health department on Wednesday issued a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and has allowed reopening the educational institutions of the final-year classes -- Class 12, TDC final year and post-graduation final year -- from September 6.
