The Assam Police has served a notice to Mizoram Police, asking it to join a probe into the July 26 border clash that left five policemen and a civilian dead. A notice in this regard by the Cachar Police in Assam mentions six officers of the Mizoram Police. The officers mentioned in the notice include the deputy commissioner of police (DCP), superintendent of police (SP), deputy SP and additional SP of Kolasib, along with the sub-divisional officer (civil), additional SP and sub-divisional officer of Vairengte.More Related News
