Addressing a public rally on Sunday for the bye-election to Bhabanipur constituency, Himanta Biswa Sarma said despite facing criticism on the national and international level, his government created a "Sanatan cultural atmosphere" in the Dholpur-Gorukhuti area where the government evicted settlers on encroached lands.
