ECB's director of cricket Ashely Giles has reckoned that England could lose their star cricketers if barred from playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He added participation of England internationals in IPL should not be a slow kiss of death for England cricket.
England's director of cricket Ashley Giles is very wary of the fact that national team could lose their best players if not allowed to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) in future. The former spinner has reckoned that going-to-toe with players over their participation in the cash-rich league can be dangerous, adding that he doesn't want the T20 league to be "a slow kiss of death" for England cricket.
