Zanai Bhosle, Asha Bhosle's granddaughter, took to Instagram to share pictures of herself praying for Lata Mangeshkar.
Lata Mangeshkar, the Nightingale of India, passed away at the age of 92 on Sunday, February 6. She was cremated with full state honours at Shivaji Park, Mumbai. Condolence messages remembering the legend have been pouring in. Now, Zanai Bhosle, Asha Bhosle's granddaughter, has shared a couple of pictures of herself on Instagram praying for Lata Mangeshkar.
Asha Bhosle's granddaughter Zanai was very close to Lata Mangeshkar. She's an emerging singer herself and made her debut with a special project titled 6 Pack. Zanai shared a couple of pictures of herself praying for Lata Mangeshkar after the singing legend's demise on February 6. "Praying for her peace (sic)," Zanai wrote with a heart and folded-hand emoji.
Earlier, Zanai had shared a post condoling the death of Lata Mangeshkar. Along with a throwback photo of herself from her younger days with the singing legend, she wrote, "Humko mili hai aaj yeh ghadiyaan bahut naseeb se, thank you for the music, thank you for the love, hope I can make you proud too much lost but god has gained the nightingale of india. Nothing can make me prouder to be part of you and love you forever (sic)."
