Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is likely to skip an Enforcement Directorate summons - for a second time - in connection with the liquor policy case, sources told NDTV Wednesday. Mr Kejriwal, sources said, had left on a 10-day Vipassana, or meditation, session to an undisclosed location.
