‘Arrey chhoddiye’: CM Nitish Kumar rubbishes RCP Singh’s claim of a JD(U)-RJD merger

Former Union minister RCP Singh claimed it is certain that the JD(U) will merge with the RJD. The former JD(U) leader’s claim was dismissed by Nitish Kumar.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar dismissed former Janata Dal (United) leader RCP Singh’s claim that the JD(U) will certainly merge with the RJD. CM Nitish Kumar rubbished the claims and said “arrey chhoddiye (just leave it)” accompanied with hand gesture.

Earlier today, former Union minister RCP Singh, who was in the eye of a political storm in Bihar recently, lashed out at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for the latest political u-turn that saw the JD(U) realigning with the "Mahagathbandhan" of the RJD, Congress and the Left.
"...How many more times will he (Nitish Kumar) switch sides? He has already done that 4 times - in 1994, 2013, 2017 and 2022," RCP Singh was quoted as saying by ANI.
When asked if JD(U) will merge with RJD, RCP Singh said, "It's certain. What option do they have?”
