Several people suspected of stealing the identities of those killed in the condo collapse in Surfside, Florida, have been arrested. Betsy Alexandra Cacho Medina, 30; Rodney Choute, 38; and Kimberly Michelle Johnson, 34, have been charged with multiple counts of identity theft, organized scheme to defraud and trafficking in credit cards.Washington — The Supreme Court on Friday said it will consider the constitutionality of the Federal Communications Commission's Universal Service Fund, agreeing to review a lower court decision that upended the mechanism for funding programs that provide communications services to rural areas, low-income communities and schools, libraries and hospitals.
