Los Angeles police have made arrests following the shooting of Lady Gaga's dog walker and the kidnapping of her beloved pets, according to police sources. The singer's dog walker, Ryan Fischer, was walking her three dogs in February when he was approached by two people who attempted to kidnap them. After a brief interaction, Fischer was shot and two of the three dogs were taken to a car and driven away. Fischer was hospitalized and survived. The two kidnapped French bulldogs were found safe after the incident, and turned into the LAPD's Olympic Station.More Related News
