Days after actor-politician Sonali Phogat died in Goa, her nephews have claimed that her jailed aide, Sudhir Pal Sangwan, had tried to poison her earlier too and was eyeing her property.
Sonali’s nephews, Vikas Singhmar and Sachin Phogat said, “Sudhir was trying to put Sonali on drugs for quite some time. He had also given her spiked pudding two months before she died. He was eyeing her property."
Their statement comes just after Goa CM Pramod Sawant said his Haryana counterpart had been apprised of the investigation into Sonali’s death and a confidential report had been sent to the Director General of Police, Haryana.
