
Arjun Kapoor sells his Bandra apartment for Rs 16 crore

Arjun Kapoor, who is awaiting the release of his film Ek Villain Returns, has sold his flat in Bandra, Mumbai. He reportedly sold his apartment for Rs 16 Crore.
Arjun Kapoor bought an apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, last year. He got this flat to stay closer to girlfriend Malika Arora. However, the actor has now sold the apartment. Arjun purchased this property last year in the 81 Aureate Building in Bandra (West) for Rs 20 crore and has sold it for Rs 16 crore.
Ek Villain Returns, which stars Arjun Kapoor alongside Tara Sutaria, John Abraham and Disha Patani, is set to hit cinemas on July 29. According to a report in Hindustan Times that the document for sale was registered on May 19. Arjun’s sister, Anshula Kapoor signed the sale papers. Currently, the actor resides at Raheja Orchid in Juhu.
Meanwhile, Maliaka owns a flat in the 81 Aureate building. Other celebs who own a flat in the same building are Karan Kundra and Sonakshi Sinha.

Currently, Arjun Kapoor is busy promoting Mohit Suri’s directorial, Ek Villan Returns. Another film in lines for the actor is Kuttey directed by Aasmaan Bhardwaj starring Radhika Madan, Tabu and Naseeruddin Shah. Arjun also has Ajay Bhal's The Lady Killer opposite Bhumi Pednekar in his kitty.
