AR Rahman drops new update on Ponniyin Selvan. Don't miss Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's look

Composer AR Rahman is currently working on the sound mixing of Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1. He shared a screenshot from the film featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Legendary director Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan is one of the most anticipated films of 2022. Recently, composer AR Rahman took to Instagram to drop an update about the film. He is currently working on the sound mixing of Ponniyin Selvan. Rahman also shared a screenshot from the film featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She can be seen completely decked up with her hair tied in a bun.

Recently, the makers unveiled the first single, Ponni Nadhi, from Ponniyin Selvan. The promotions will commence in full swing in a couple of weeks.

On August 2, composer AR Rahman shared an update regarding Ponniyin Selvan. He revealed that he and Greg Townley are working on sound mixing of the film. He wrote, "@gregtownley1220 working on #dolbyatmos music mixing for PS 1 at #losangles #panchathanhollywoodstudios (sic)."

Rahman also shared a screenshot from the film featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She can be seen dressed in heavy jewellery with her hair tied in a bun. This is one of Aishwarya's looks from the film.

Director Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan is based on the film of the same name, written by Kalki Krishnamurthy. The film stars an ensemble cast including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiyaan Vikram, Trisha, Karthi and Jayam Ravi. Prakash Raj, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prakash Raj, Jayaram, Prabhu, Kishore and Sarathkumar will be seen in supporting roles. The film has music composed by AR Rahman.
