Anti-corruption raids ongoing against 18 Karnataka govt officials for disproportionate assets

The Karnataka Anti-Corruption Bureau began conducting raids against 18 government officials on Wednesday, March 16. So far, they have found 3 kg of sandalwood at the home of a Range Forest Officer in Badamni district.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Karnataka is conducting raids against 18 government officers in the state. The raids began before dawn on Wednesday, March 16. The raids are currently ongoing at 75 different places across the state.
A total of 100 officers and 300 additional staff have been roped in to conduct the ongoing raid by the Anti-Corruption Bureau. The ACB found 3 kgs of sandalwood at the home of a Range Forest Officer (RFO) in Badami district’s Bagalkot as well.

2. Rakesh Kumar, Bangalore Development Authority, Town planning
3. Ramesh Kankatte, RFO, Yadgir district
4. Basavaraj Shekar Reddy Patil, Executive Engineer, Koujalagi Division, Gokak
