The disgraced New York governor’s belligerent resignation quickly made him the butt of late-night TV hosts on Tuesday night, with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers all taking shots at him. Stephen Colbert opened his “Late Show” by declaring it “a beautiful day here in New York City” because “this afternoon Andrew Cuomo resigned.”
