Amir swears in Minister of Justice, Attorney-General

Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday Amiri Order No. 2 of 2021, reshuffling the Cabinet. The Order stipulates that H E Masoud bin Mohammed Al Ameri shall be appointed as the Minister of Justice.

The Order also stipulates that H E Minister of Municipality and Environment Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie shall be entrusted with carrying out the duties of Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and his duties post. Also, H H the Amir issued yesterday Amiri Order No. 3 of 2021, appointing H E Dr. Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi as Attorney-General. The Amiri Orders annulled all provisions contravening its rules. The Amiri Orders shall be effective starting from its date of issue and published in the official gazette. Before H H the Amir, H E Al Ameri took the oath as the Minister of Justice at the Amiri Diwan yesterday.
