
Amir meets Moroccan Prime Minister

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani meets with the Prime Minister of the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco Aziz Akhannouch and the accompanying delegation
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with the Prime Minister of the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco Aziz Akhannouch and the accompanying delegation at Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan on Monday morning. At the outset of the meeting, Aziz Akhannouch conveyed greetings of King Mohammed VI of the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco to His Highness the Amir, wishing the Amir good health and happiness, and the Qatari people continuous progress and prosperity. For his part, His Highness the Amir entrusted the Head of Government of Morocco to convey his greetings to the King of Morocco, wishing him good health and wellness, and the Moroccan people further progress and development. During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and means of developing and strengthening them, in addition to the latest developments on the regional and international arenas. The meeting was attended by HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and HE the Chief of Amiri Diwan Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani. On the Moroccan side, it was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita and HE Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Qatar Mohamed Setri.
