His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Sunday afternoon made a phone call to Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al Kadhimi, during which HH the Amir was reassured of the safety of the PM after the “heinous” attempt on his life. HH the Amir expressed solidarity with Iraq in the face of all acts of violence and terrorism that threaten its security and stability and wished the prime minister health and wellness, and the brotherly Iraqi people further progress and prosperity.
