Amid CBI probe, Manish Sisodia to join Arvind Kejriwal on Gujarat tour

Amid uproar over the alleged liquor policy scam, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia will tour Gujarat.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia will visit Gujarat's Himmatnagar and Bhavnagar beginning Monday. This will be Sisodia's first trip outside Delhi since the CBI raided his home in connection with the alleged corruption in the implementation of the Delhi Excise Policy.
According to party officials, the AAP leaders will make another poll promise on health and education during their two-day visit.
Kejriwal and Sisodia will visit Himmatnagar on Monday and Bhavnagar on Tuesday, where they will discuss education, hospitals, and mohalla clinics. The AAP will also display Sisodia's previous work to the public.

Sisodia will also highlight his party's educational and healthcare initiatives. He had previously visited Gujarat and highlighted the state's appalling school conditions. Kejriwal and Sisodia's visit to the BJP's Gujarat state comes at a critical juncture, as the CBI is conducting raids on Sisodia.
