All-party meet on Afghanistan situation today, Jaishankar to brief on rescue operation, engagement with Taliban

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will brief floor leaders of several political parties on the evacuation operation being carried out by India in Afghanistan.

The Centre has called an all-party meeting at 11 am on Thursday to discuss the situation in Afghanistan. During the meeting, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will brief floor leaders of various political parties on the evacuation status of Indians in Afghanistan. Floor Leaders of Political Parties would be briefed by EAM @DrSJaishankar on the present situation in Afghanistan, on 26th August, 11am in Main Committee Room, PHA, New Delhi.
