On Alia Bhatt’s birthday last year, March 15, 2021, SS Rajamouli and the star cast of RRR, Ram Charan and Jr NTR had unveiled the first look of the actress as Sita. And oh boy, we were taken aback! The actress, with curly hair that was tied in a braid, made for the prettiest Sita. Today, RRR makers unveiled the first look of a song, Sholay, from the film. The poster featured a still from the song with Alia in the middle and Ram and NTR on either side.
SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus after the Baahubali series, RRR, is all set to release on March 25 in the theatres. Ahead of the film’s release, the makers unveiled the first look of a song, titled Sholay featuring Alia Bhatt, Ram Charan and Jr NTR. What appears from the first look, Sholay is going to be one peppy track! Sharing the same, Rajamouli wrote, “We thought of surprising you with this song at the end of the movie but we couldn't hold our excitement! Kicking off the countdown to #RRRMovie & uplifting your spirits with the joyful #RRRCelebrationAnthem from 14th. #EttharaJenda #Sholay #Koelae #EtthuvaJenda #EtthukaJenda (sic).”

RRR is set in the 20s. It follows the formative years of freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharamaraju, played by Jr NTR and Ram Charan, respectively. SS Rajamouli's film features an ensemble cast of Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody Shriya Saran and Samuthirakani.
