Alia Bhatt's house sanitised a week after visiting KJo's house. Is it a BMC goof up?
India Today
Alia Bhatt's house in Mumbai was sanitised by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) today, December 17. It comes almost a week after she attended Karan Johar's house party.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) team reached Alia Bhatt's building today, December 17, to sanitise it. The actress had also attended the get-together at Karan Johar's home along with Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Seema Khan and Maheep Kapoor, who later tested positive for Covid-19. However, Alia Bhatt didn't contract the virus and tested negative. On December 16, the BMC team had sanitised Sanjay Kapoor's house.
Now, questions are being raised at the BMC as it received criticisms for goofing up. Seems like BMC is confused whether Alia Bhatt broke Covid-19 protocols or not as they had earlier mentioned that the actress submitted her report of testing negative before travelling. However, the BMC is now adamant that the actress is a high risk contact and actions should be taken against her.
