Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have taken over our social media news feed with their cute and adorable wedding and pre-wedding photos. While we had already been swooning over pictures from their wedding, now fresh photos from their mehendi have made their way to social media. Alia, sharing the pictures on social media, revealed that her husband Ranbir had the sweetest surprise for his bride on their mehendi day.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's mehendi was all about laughter, fun, smiles and music. Alia, in her photo caption, revealed that Ranbir arranged a performance by her favourite singer, and she totally loved it. The actress also mentioned how Ayan Mukerji turned into a DJ and how she gobbled on French fries at her wedding.
She wrote, "The Mehendi was like something out of a dream. It was a day full of love, family, our beautiful best friends, a LOT of French fries, a surprise performance by the ladkewalas, Ayan playing DJ, a BIG surprise organised by Mr. Kapoor (my favourite artist performed my favourite songs), all followed by some happy tears and quiet, blissful moments with the love of my life. There are days and then there are days like these (sic)."
Earlier, reports were rife that popular singer Prateek Kuhad performed at the Alia-Ranbir wedding.
Alia Bhatt took to Instagram after her wedding and poured her heart out in her post. Sharing gorgeous photos with her husband Ranbir Kapoor, she wrote, "Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home in our favourite spot - the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Ranbir and Alia (sic)."
