Al Khor, Al Shahania battle for QSL spot

Al Khor and Al Shahania are all set for the play-off to determine who will earn the right to play in the 2021-22 season of the QNB Stars League (QSL). The encounter will take place at the Qatar SC Stadium today.
The Play-Off pits the 11thplaced team in the QSL (Al Khor) against runners-up (Al Shahania) in the Second Division of 2020-21 season. The losers will play in the Second Division in the forthcoming season. The match regulations stipulate that in the event of a tie at the end of regular time, an extra time of 30 minutes divided into two halves will be used. If the game is still tied, penalty shootout will be enforced.
