After Bachchhan Paanday and Samrat Prithviraj, Akshay Kumar is busy with the promotions of Raksha Bandhan. But the man never stops working. Akshay is back on the sets, shooting for his tentatively titled project, Captain Gill in London. A photo of the actor sporting a beard, turban and glasses from the sets of the film is going viral on the web.

Akshay Kumar is shooting for his tentatively titled film Captain Gill in London. While there has been no official announcement from the actor or the makers yet, a first look of the actor from the sets of his upcoming film is going viral. In the photo, the actor sported a turban, beard and glasses. Akshay reportedly plays Amritsar-based mining engineer Jaswant Singh Gill, who rescued 65 miners during the disastrous 1989 coal mine collapse in Raniganj, West Bengal. The actor has collaborated with Rustom director Tinu Suresh Desai for the same.

Akshay Kumar was last seen in Samrat Prithviraj. The film went on to become a dud at the box office. Next, he will be seen in Aanand L Rai's movie Raksha Bandhan. The actor will share screen space with Bhumi Pednekar in the film, which releases on August 11, 2022.
