After Reliance Jio, Airtel has launched two new prepaid plans worth Rs 296 and Rs 319 with an exact 30-day validity.
Reliance Jio recently launched Rs 259 plan with a “true” 30-day validity. Now, Airtel has launched two new prepaid plans worth Rs 296 and Rs 319 with an exact 30-day validity.
Monthly plans usually offer only a 28-day validity, but as per TRAI’s latest order, telecom operators are required to offer at least one plan with a validity of 30 days and a monthly renewal plan that is renewable on the same date of each month.
The newly launched Airtel Rs 296 prepaid plan offers a total of 25GB of 4G high-speed data, post which users will be charged 50 paise per MB. The plan also offers unlimited calls and 100 SMSes per day. After the daily 100SMS limit gets exhausted, users will be charged Re 1 per local SMS and Rs 1.5 per STD SMS.
The plan also offers a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime videos mobile edition, 3-months of Apollo 24/7 circle, upskills with shaw academy class, Rs 100 cashback on FASTag, and Airtel Wynk music, and Hello Tunes. All of this for the exact validity of 30 days.
The second plan launched by Airtel also comes with a validity of 30 days. It offers 2GB of daily data per day, so users usually get 56GB to 62GB of data depending on the month. Once the daily data quota is exhausted, the internet speed drops to 64kbps. Users also get unlimited voice calls and 100 SMSes per day.
Similar to the Rs 296 plan, the Rs 310 plan offers a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime videos mobile edition, upskills with shaw academy class, 3-months of Apollo 24/7 circle, and Rs 100 cashback on FASTag, Hello Tunes, and Airtel Wynk music.
Reliance Jio recently launched a 30-day validity plan worth Rs 256 (you can check out details of the Jio plan here). Vodafone idea (Vi) also offers plans with 31 days and 30 days validity priced at Rs 337 and 327, respectively. All these plans are listed on their respective websites and mobile apps.
