Earlier this year, the luxurious Bombardier Global 5000 carried Indian officials from New Delhi to Dominica's Douglas-Charles Airport on May 28. The officials were flown to Dominica days after fugitive diamond merchant Mehul Choksi was arrested in the Caribbean island nation for illegal entry.
