Ahmedabad: Speeding car runs over pavement dwellers; one killed, four injured

A speeding car ran over five pavement dwellers late on Monday night in Ahmedabad's Shibranjani area. One woman was killed, while the others sustained serious injuries. 

A speeding car ran over five pavement dwellers late on Monday night in Ahmedabad's Shibranjani area. One woman was killed, while the others sustained serious injuries. The car rammed into a parked motorbike on the footpath as well before halting. It is yet to be known who the driver of the car was. Local police have started an investigation.
