Agra man dies after girlfriend throws acid on him for trying to marry someone else

A 30-year-old woman allegedly threw acid on her boyfriend as he was planning to marry someone else. The man later succumbed to his injuries.

A 30-year-old woman allegedly threw acid on her boyfriend as he was planning to marry someone else. The accused, a mother of two, lived separately from her family at a rented apartment in Agra. The incident took place on Thursday morning at the woman’s apartment in Shastri Nagar area of the city. The man succumbed to his burn injuries at a hospital later in the evening.
