Agra cop dies after being shot in the neck while mediating land dispute between brothers

An Uttar Pradesh Police sub-inspector Prashant Yadav was shot and died on the spot while he was trying to mediate a dispute between two brothers in Agra's Khandoli area.

A sub-inspector was shot in the Khandoli area of the Agra district on Wednesday evening, while he was trying to mediate a land dispute between two brothers. The incident took place in the Noharra village of Khandoli. SI Prashant Yadav had gone to the area to mediate a dispute between two brothers Shivnath and Vishwanath over the plucking of potatoes from shared farmland.
