A delegation from the inspection committee of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF) on Sunday visited the Al Mina Stadium in Basra Governorate in Iraq to figure the latest preparations and stages of completion in preparation for hosting the âGulf 25â tournament, which is scheduled to be held at the beginning of 2023. The Iraqi Federation in an official statement said: âThe Minister of Youth and Sports accompanied by the President of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Darjal, the inspection committee for the 25th Gulf Cup, toured the Al-Mina stadium in Basra Governorate, to see the stadium and the stages of its completion.âThe statement added: âDerjal praised the joint cooperation with the Gulf federations, and the committeeâs keenness to follow up on the details of the achievement in stadiums and facilities that have reached advanced stages.â According to the statement of the Iraqi Federation, preparations are going perfectly for a distinguished tournament. The delegation of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation arrived in Basraon Saturday, headed by Jassim Sultan Al Rumaihi, Secretary-General of the Federation, on a three-day visit as part of a series to view stadiums and hotels.
