Balsera village in Simdega district of Jharkhand was until recently unconnected by a concrete road. As a result, the locals faced problems during medical emergencies when a patient needed to get to a hospital. Sometimes, even going to school was a challenge for children.
In this regard, the villagers filed several applications and appealed to many government officials and elected representatives to initiate the process of construction of a concrete road to the village. However, no action was taken for a long time, according to the villagers.
