After the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election for the second time in a row, Agra is witnessing a craze for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The young men from both Hindu and Muslim communities in Agra are queuing up to get tattoos of Yogi Adityanath and the bulldozer on their bodies.
Bulldozers were the subject of much attention during the assembly election. In the last five years, the Yogi Adityanath government used bulldozers to demolish the properties of people occupying government land. This brought bulldozers into the spotlight.
Yogi Adityanath was dubbed as Bulldozer Baba by both his supporters and rivals. His supporters held a victory parade bringing a number of earthmoving vehicles, after the BJP returned to power with 255 seats in the 403-member assembly.

The situation became such that at the time of election, bulldozers began getting parked in the meetings of Yogi Adityanath. Now, tattoos of a bulldozer have become a huge hit among the youth.
Among those getting the bulldozer tattoo on their bodies are an increasing number of Muslim young men.
Danish Khan, a Muslim young man who came to get a tattoo done on his hand, told India Today, “I am a fan of Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
