Strong winds barrelled through Delhi this morning and a spell of light rain is predicted to provide further relief from the heat in the national capital today.
Five flights were diverted from Delhi to Jaipur between 3 am and 5:30 am due to strong winds, an official at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport said.
